We ship deliveries on weekends only (Saturday and Sunday mornings) however for rush orders please email lovelucyshop1@gmail.com along with your order number to expedite :)

2. We kindly request your understanding that it may take a minimum of 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping. During periods of high volumes, particularly around holidays, paydays, and online sales, there may be delays in order packing time. Please be assured that we are a dedicated team of individuals who handle each order with care and work diligently to fulfil them as quickly as possible. If you have recently placed an order, we kindly ask for your patience while we process it.
3. Kindly note once your order has been placed online, we are unable to make amendments to product, customer, or delivery details.
